Spring Break isn’t just for taking a break—it’s an opportunity to dive into hands-on learning, creativity, and skill-building. For kids who have big ideas, who are curious about the world of business, or who simply want to try something new, Spring Break is the perfect time to explore the exciting world of entrepreneurship.
At The Society of Child Entrepreneurs, we believe that entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting a business—it’s about solving problems, thinking critically, and gaining valuable life skills. Our Spring Break workshops have been designed with this in mind, giving kids the opportunity to discover new interests and sharpen their entrepreneurial instincts.
What Will Kids Learn?
Each of our workshops focuses on a different skill that is essential for entrepreneurial success. From problem-solving to marketing to setting up a booth at business fairs, your child will experience a full spectrum of entrepreneurship in just five days.
- Solving a Problem: At the heart of every successful business is a problem that needs solving. In this workshop, kids will learn how to identify real-world challenges and develop creative solutions—skills that will serve them well in every area of life.
- Creating a Product or Service: How do ideas turn into something tangible? In this session, we’ll explore the process of transforming concepts into products or services. Children will get hands-on with prototyping, refining their ideas, and learning about product development.
- Customer Service Skills: Building relationships is key to any business, and that starts with excellent customer service. This workshop will teach kids how to effectively communicate with customers, solve problems, and build loyalty.
- Marketing Your Business: No matter how great a product or service is, without the right marketing, it can get lost in the crowd. In this workshop, kids will learn how to craft a brand, create a marketing strategy, and share their business with the world.
- Beautiful Booths: A visually appealing booth can make all the difference in a business fair or event. In this session, your child will learn how to create a booth that stands out—attracting customers and making a lasting impression.
Why Spring Break?
Spring Break provides a unique opportunity to balance fun with learning. It’s a time when kids can step away from the routine of school and dive into something hands-on and exciting. By giving children the chance to explore their entrepreneurial spirit, we’re helping them build confidence, creativity, and resilience—key qualities of future leaders.
Our workshops don’t just teach business concepts—they encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation. And with the support of expert instructors, kids will feel empowered to bring their ideas to life.
This Spring Break, let’s set the stage for a fun, engaging, and educational experience that will leave your child feeling inspired and ready to take on the world.
